1. Classification of cabinets
Cabinets can be divided into three categories: wall cabinets, floor cabinets, and special cabinets. Their functions include washing, cooking, cooking, and storage.
Wall cabinets are mainly for storage, and some decorative cabinets often appear.
The base cabinet also has a storage function. At the same time, the washing cabinet, cooking cabinet and stove cabinet in the base cabinet are required options.
The washing cabinet and stove cabinet are next to the cooking cabinet, and the stove cabinet faces the smoke cabinet. Special cabinets are used to solve special problems in the kitchen. For example, the tall cabinet, the top and the upper edge of the wall cabinet are flush, and the interior is equipped with high-rise blue, which can hold things best; another example is the corner cabinet with a 270-degree mounting surface and a 360-degree rotating basket inside, which can make use of the dead space in the corner.
2. Consider safety and convenience
The kitchen is the only area in the home that uses an open flame, so the fire resistance of the surface of the cabinet is an important criterion for choosing a cabinet. All cabinet surfaces produced by regular manufacturers are made of non-combustible or flame-retardant materials.
3. The choice of cabinet materials
The countertops of the cabinet are divided into granite countertops, stainless steel countertops, refractory countertops, polymer artificial stone slabs, and artificial stone countertops.
The door panels of the cabinet are made of refractory door panels, ice plate door panels, solid wood door panels, painted door panels, PVC molded blister door panels, metal texture door panels, melamine panels and other materials.
The main material of the cabinet usually has two kinds of materials: particle board and medium density board.
4. Identify true and false fireproof boards
Inferior fireproof boards have low cost, are prone to fading and chromatic aberration, and easily lead to product cracking and deformation. It is very simple to identify counterfeit and inferior fireproof panels. Ask the supplier for a sample of the fireproof panel you have selected when ordering. Compare the sample you have saved with it during delivery and acceptance, and check whether the color and surface treatment are the same.
5. Identify good and bad hardware
Hardware is an important part of the cabinet. Inferior slide rails are not only unable to be opened and pulled freely, but also cause the drawer to shake and become unstable due to uneven stress surfaces in the slide rails. At present, most well-known brand cabinets use imported hinges.
Consumers should carefully observe when buying. Under normal circumstances, poor hinges are generally welded with thin iron sheets, which cause the door panels to fall off due to poor load-bearing. Inferior hinge springs have poor elasticity and have no resilience. After a long time, they will lose their elasticity and make the cabinet door not tightly closed.
A good hinge is formed by one-time stamping, the surface is smooth and the plating layer is thick, it is not easy to rust, it is stable and strong, its steel thickness, flexibility, corrosion resistance, high base, long arm, free positioning without displacement. Cabinet drawers with strong load-bearing capacity are connected by sliding rails, making it easier to push and pull.
6. Look at the cabinet details
Look at it from the side to see if the lines of the cabinet are straight. See if the corners are at right angles, and if the space between the cabinets is the same width. Whether the edging is compliant and the sealing is tight, it must be encapsulated with mechanical high temperature and high pressure. Press the door panel with proper gravity to see if it falls off or is deformed, and repeatedly actuate it to see if the door hinge is loose. In order to facilitate cleaning, it should be easy to disassemble and assemble, and the fixing of screws should be firm and durable. Switch on and off repeatedly to see if the slide of the drawer is smooth and if there is no defect on the handle.
7. Service needs strength guarantee
First of all, it depends on the length of time the brand has been operating. Brands that can operate for a long time have actually passed the test of consumers.
Consumers may wish to learn more about them from their friends. Secondly, look at whether the manufacturer has a local production base. Localized production can provide consumers with more convenient and rapid services. Then it depends on whether the manufacturer has an extensive sales network. The size of the exhibition hall can also reflect the strength and operating conditions of the manufacturers. Finally, remember to clearly stipulate the after-sales service and the penalties for breach of contract in the formal sales contract.
