This product matched the look of our laundry room exactly. I really like that each of the 5 hooks is a double meaning you can hang something on the top portion and the bottom portion. It gives us twice the usability without getting crazy long on the wall. The mount method is very secure and thank you for including not just screws but anchors too! Also, this packaging came without damage and it was very securely packed inside with foam wedging which I greatly appreciate because too many products arrive damaged or not securely packaged inside. The rack is pretty sturdy. Affordable price. However, the metal hang over the door has poor design (as you can vaguely see in the picture, not a straight metal but bended outward), making it hard to close door without slightly damaging the paint
