The tops of the screws that come with this product break each time you screw them into a predrilled hole! I had to buy new screws and they work fine. They’re just cheap.

I needed hooks to hold my children's backpacks but they are in full view when you walk up the steps so I wanted them to look nice (subtle) when nothing is on them. These hooks are perfect for me, sturdy, easy to install and look really nice as well. I just ordered more
